Role & Responsibilities
As a Test Lead in Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for orchestrating the planning, development, and execution of testing strategies to ensure the highest levels of system and application quality. Key responsibilities include:- Leading both manual testing initiatives to promote software quality.
- Managing testing resources across multiple projects to ensure timely and effective completion of tests.
- Overseeing the creation of test plans, including performance, system, and user acceptance testing scenarios.
- Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to identify system requirements and integrate user feedback.
- Monitoring and enhancing testing processes to meet organizational goals.
Key Skills
- 4+ years related Testing experience in financial service indsutry, banking/Insurance
- Strong capability in Testing Management, with the ability to oversee and direct testing operations.
- In-depth knowledge in Performance Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Superb communication and leadership skills to manage testing teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English
