Our client, a prestigious insurance company in Belgium, is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant for Motor Insurance to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining client contact regarding motor insurance, coordinating the creation of new contracts, and responding to client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Contact: Provide customer-focused service by answering client questions related to motor insurance, both via phone and email.

  • Coordination of New Contracts: Ensure the correct creation and registration of new motor insurance contracts, including gathering required documents and maintaining accurate administrative records.

  • Insurance Advice: Advise clients on the appropriate coverage and terms of their motor insurance policies, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.

  • Claims Support: Assist clients with any claims-related questions or concerns, providing timely and accurate information.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain and update client records in the system, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Problem-Solving: Efficiently handle any discrepancies or issues related to policy creation or client inquiries.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and French (both written and spoken).

  • Experience: Junior candidates are welcome; previous experience in the insurance sector or administrative roles is a plus.

  • Customer-Oriented: Motivated by client satisfaction, with a focus on providing timely and accurate information.

  • Interest in the Insurance Sector: Strong interest in the insurance industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, particularly when handling insurance documents and data.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
